"So you gonna call him?" asked Lani, twirling around in front of the bridal shop mirror.

"Maybe, I'm kinda nervous." said Temple, checking herself out also.

The girls, along with a few others, were trying on some bridesmaid dresses for Temple's cousin, LaKeaya's wedding. Temple was to be the maid of honor, after all her and Keaya had been the closest out of all of their relatives.

The wedding was only a few days away. But Keaya, forever the perfectionist, wanted to make sure everything was on point.

"Alright you skinny b****es, I want those dresses fitting perfectly" yelled Keaya. Keaya was a big woman and proud of it. She tought men should worship the ground a big woman walks on. Her and Temple were forever getting on each other about their weight. But they were so close that they knew not to take it to heart.

"Look Bruce Bruce, you need to get on some where," said Temple, "We got everything under control back here."

"If you do then where's True, that heffah is forever and a day late."

"Calm down," said Niecy, "True called and said she'd be a little bit late."

"Speaking of True, why didn't she come out last night?" asked Temple.

"She said something about her sister having problems with her man and she wanted True to be there to help her get through it." said Maya.

Temple, Ka'Maya, Lani, Niecy, and True had been best friends fron birth. Or so it felt like it. They did everything together, they knew everything about each other. You ususally couldn't find one without the other.

"Is he still beating her?" asked Lani.

"Yeah." said Maya.

"When is she gonna learn, when he kills her?"

"I don't know but True has been trying to get her out of that situation for awhile now."

"I hope sister girl pulls through." said Niecy.

"Yeah, me too." said Temple.

"But anyway, just to get of a sore subject, what you got to be nervous about," said Lani changing the subject before it got to deep, "I mean you kissed hime. Didn't look like you were nervous then."

"I was nervous as hell," said Temple, "I wasn't ecpexting that."

"I bet neither was he!" said Maya laughing.

"Girl, you better jump at that while you can," said Niecy, "Cause I know if you don't want him, half the b****es in America do, including this one."

They all laughed, agreeing with what she had to say. The Temple thought maybe she should tell them about Lawerence stopping by. She decided she needed their opinions on the matter.

"Lawerence stopped by yesterday afternoon." she said.

"Ugh, that b****," said Lani, "You ruined my day with that."

"Yeah, and why the hell was he at your office?" said Maya.

"What do you think, the same ish he been doing for the past week."

"Trying to get you back?! Negro please!!" said Niecy.

"I know you not nervous about calling Sisqo over that sorry excuse for a man?!" said Maya.

"Naw! I was just saying he stopped by."

"So what, you don't even wear your wedding rings anymore. So why are you so worried about that n****?" asked Lani.

"I'm not worried, I have nothing to be worried about."

"I know you told him where to go with that ish, right?" asked Niecy.

"Yeah of course."

"Look Temp, don't let that fool sweat you," said Lani, " Your divorce is almost final, don't be trying to go back on that just cause he decided he wanna play Mr. Faitful."

"I'm not, I'm sticking to what I'm feeling this time."

"Yeah well good," said Niecy, "The last thing we need is you calling us saying you took him back again, and how he cheated on you again."

"I said I'm not!"

"Don't yell at me, you know that's your entire history with him."

"Yeah, well it's not gonna happen this time."

"It better not," said Maya, "Or Mama True got a belt for you."

"Speaking of Mama True, here she come." said Temple laughing.

"Hey peeps, what's good?" asked True.

"Nothin, just trying to convince Temp to call Sisqo." said Lani.

"Why you need convincing?" asked True, "What, his fine behind aint reason enough to call him?"

"True!! You late heffah, get in there and try that dress on." yelled Keaya.

"While you all up in mine, Keaya bout to get all up in yours." chuckled Temple.

They continued to talk about the situation with Sisqo, as well as the one with Lawerence. Temple still hadn't decided what she was going to do, but she knew she had to make some type of move and quick.

"Yo man, we gotta talk about that kiss you had at the club last night." said Jazz.

"Yeah man, you didn't think you was gonna get by without us saying something bout it did you?" asked Woody.

"Yeah shorty was fine!!" said Scola.

The guys were at Sisqo's house playin video games. They wanted to say something about what happened the night before, but they were all kinda wrapped up in their own things.

"She was looking...kinda...good!!" said Sisqo jerking around like he was having a seizure.

"Kinda good?", asked Nokio, "n**** from the way you two kissed she had to be more than just kinda."

"Aight she was fine."

"He say that like he don't care. I mean you gave her your number." said Jazz.

"I know, I'm not saying she wasn't fine."

"Then what are you saying?" asked Woody.

"I know what's up." Nokio said knowingly.

"What" they all said in unison.

"This n**** still worried about Keisha."

"Nah, that aint it." said Sisqo, knowing very well it was.

"Yeah, you know now that I think about it she might just be the reason why he aint too exicted about shorty." said Scola.

"Man look, Keisha and I are over. Aight, I'm free to do whatever the hell I want. Shorty was fine, we kissed and I gave her my number. It aint nothing to get too excited about. Besides, I don't even know her name."

"You kissed her like that and you don't even know her name?" asked Woody.

"I forgot to ask." chuckled Sisqo.

"I still think it has something to do with Keisha." said Nokio.

Sisqo and Keisha had been dating for about 2 years. Then much to Sisqo's surprise she decided she couldn't take it anymore. She said she couldn't take those long nights she spent at home alone, longing for him to hold her. She said she was tired of getting disrespected in public by those fans who just wanted to get in his pants. They didn't even have to the decency to recognize and respect the fact that she was there.

But Sisqo was always faithful. When he met her he dropped all those little groupies he had. He felt like he finally found the one. There were plenty of nights where he missed her too, but his love for her is why he continued to stay. Yet she hated that he was away so much, but he had a job to do and he thought Keisha understood that. After all she had stayed for two years.

"Man look..." Sisqo started to say but was cut off by the ringing of his phone.

"Hello."

"Hey, what's up?" said the stranger.

"Who's this?" said Sisqo, he didn't recognize the voice.

"Damn, how many girls did you kiss last night?"

"Oh, it's you." Sisqo said smiling and nodding his head, now knowing who this stranger was.

"Yo, who is it?" asked Woody.

"You don't sound very happy to hear from me." said the girl with no name.

"Nah, Nah, I'm cool, I'm cool what's up?"

"Is it that girl?" asked Scola.

"Man stay out of mine."

"Who was that?"

"Oh, that was Scola?"

"Ooh for real, he's there with you?"

"Yeah, all of the guys are here."

"Aww, I wanna meet them" she said whining.

"Maybe in time."

"Yeah, you know I just realized I never told you my name."

"No, you sure didn't."

"Well you never asked."

"I wasn't really thinking bout it to tell you the truth."

"Damn, I had you sprung out like that!"

"You had me sprung out."

"Yeah, I got it like that."

"Nah nah, it's more like I had you, I mean you did kinda stumbled when you walked away." said Sisqo smiling slyly.

"Ha ha, your so funny."

"I know."

"You still haven't asked me."

"Asked you what?"

"What my name is, duh!"

"Well, what is it?"

"Temple"

"Temple?"

"Yeah."

"That's nice, you don't hear that to often, Temple what?"

"Temple Lincoln"

"Oh, well hello Temple Lincoln."

"Hello, Mark Andrews."

"Oh, you wanna come at me with the real name, okay." Sisqo said chuckling.

"I mean you said my full name, I figured hey, why not call hime by his."

"I mean it's my first time saying yours, I was trying to get a feel for it."

"Me too."

"Uh-huh, well Temple, what are you up to?"

"Nothing, me and my girls were just out and about."

"You and your girls huh?"

"Yeah"

"What does your man think about you being out and about without him?"

"Wow, that was slick."

"I know right." said Sisqo nodding his head.

"Yeah, but don't you think that if I had a man, I wouldn't have kissed you the way I did last night?" said Temple, deciding not to tell him she was soon to have an ex-husband.

"You don't neccessairly have to have or care about ya man to kiss anotha dude."

"True." said Temple.

"What?" said True in the background.
"Not you True, true as in yeah what he said was right. Dang, I can see how hard you listening."

"Wait you have a friend named True?" asked Sisqo.

"Yeah, funny huh?"

"Yeah, kinda", Sisqo said chuckling, "She must be sitting right next to you?"

"Yeah, they all are."

"All? How many is All?"

"Four"

"Oh, so you like me, four people sitting around staring you dead in the mouth." Sisqo said looking around at the guys.

"Yeah pretty much."

"Well look here's an idea", said Sisqo, "How bout we go to lunch tomorrow, and we can finish this privately?"

"I'd like that."

"Cool let me get a pen and paper so I can get directions to your house."

"How bout I meet you there?" asked Temple, she figured if Lawerence showed up at her job, it wouldn't be long before he came to the house. And she definitely didn't want to run the risk of Sisqo bumping into him.

"Aight, that's cool."

The two agreed on a place and time to meet. They chatted for a little longer then said their good-byes till the next day.

"So she got four friends huh?" said Jazz rubbing his hands together with a sly look on his face.

"Hmmm, 1..2..3..4." said Scola.

"Look, I just barely met her. Let me atleast establish something there first then maybe I can hook y'all up." said Sisqo.

"I'm just saying not to forget a n****." said Scola.

"Like I said let me establish something and then we'll see."

I like da way she reppin for the big women, but i think you should make the other members of dru hill some designated gwin hitters(LOL) For those who haven't heard the interview on Doug banks I'm reffering to big women. I have no objections to men dating petite and thin girls, but sometimes us size 16/18(me, and I'm proud) need love too.
