Halle Hopes Joking Doesn't go too FarHalle Berry is hoping the comics on Saturday Night Live show restraint when it comes to joking about her private life this weekend.
The Gothika actress is the guest host on the live show - and she's still not completely aware of the skits that are being planned for her debut.
She only hopes that the cast will steer clear of her painful split with husband Eric Benet, which she announced earlier this month.
She says, "We have a daughter. I hope they'll respect that."
But Berry, who is currently filming her new role as catwoman, insists she's doing well despite her personal crisis, "I've survived lots of lows and I know this will be fine."
Britney Spears will also appear on Saturday's SNL. fox23news.comWhile I hope SNL doesn't make a joke out of her recent marital problems, Halle needs to keep in mind that she's not exempt from bein' poked fun at along with countless otha entertainers in the industry. That's Hollywood for, ya. ::sigh:: But I'm glad that she's continuin' to keep her head up durin' yet anotha troublesome time for her. Hang in there, Halle!

I watched SNL Saturday and they did pretty good keepingher personals out of things. The funniest skit I saw was when they were advertising a drug called "Quick Ones". It was a pill that gave you a natural orgasm and everybody who took it sounded so dry when they "came". It was funny to me.
