WILL AND JADA’S HOUSE IN ORDER? Power duo sued by former housekeeper.
*Will and Jada appear to be have a hit on their hands with the UPN sitcom “All of Us,” loosely based on their early years together.
But the power duo has been sued by their former housekeeper for allegedly failing to pay her about 1,640 hours of overtime and firing her after she informed them of this miscalculation.
The housekeeper, Marilu Cooley, had worked for the couple for 4 ½ years and said during that time she often worked for more than 40 hours a week and received overtime pay during the first two years.
But she alleges that in March 1999, the Smiths stopped paying her overtime and instead said they would pay her a $25,000 annual bonus.
However, she says, she never got the bonus, and when she brought it up to the Smiths, she was fired.
Cooley is seeking at least $175,000 in damages.

My whole thing is this...from my calculations this means that the maid was let go of her duties in 2001. Sooooooooo...with that bein' said, why did she work for another two years without a bonus or overtime pay before bringin' it to their attention?
I'ono...somethin's juss not addin' up about this.
