The next morning as the girls' flamboyant makeup artist, Petey, was finishing up applying their makeup for the video, Shanay had to keep fighting back tears while thinking about Jazz. They had ran into each other on the way inside of the theatre earlier, but he acted as if he didn't see her.

"Sweetie, it's gonna be aight. You can't go lookin' down on me! This is supposed to be our fun day, rememba?", Jonell smiled as she looked over at Shanay who had her head hanging down.

"Yeah, Sunshine! Jo's right! You can't let Jazz know how he much he's hurt you. You should know from experience that when you let a na know how hurt you are, that's givin' him control ova ya! Now man up and put a smile on that face of yours! I can't be goin' around tellin' people 'this is my play sis' if you're not gonna be lookin' as cute as I am!", Latonya joked. Her joke worked because Shanay began to laugh.

"Yall are both right! But I can't believe that he won't even speak to me! I mean, we juss told each otha how we felt the otha night. And now the na gon' act like he don't see me?! But'chu know what...CUFK that na!", Shanay hissed as she jumped up out of her chair to head to the stage to see what was going on.

"Dayuuuuuuuuuummmm...what's wrong with Miss Thang?!", Petey asked as Shanay went stomping past him and slammed the dressing room door behind her.

"I think I know so I'd betta go calm her crazy @$$ down!", Latonya laughed as she left the room to go find Shanay.

"W'sup, ma! You feelin' aight? I know this is your first time doin' a video.", L smiled as he placed his arm around Shanay's shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm fine.", she huffed as she folded her arms. She noticed Jazz and Scola chatting as they sat in some chairs in the front row.

"Somethin' wrong?", L asked when he noticed the evil look on her face as she glared at Jazz. When she made eye contact with Jazz, she rolled her eyes at him and then smiled as she looked back up at L.

"Naw, I'm coo'. But I was juss thinkin' that maybe I'm juss gonna concentrate on the magazine and not come back to the label.", she sweetly replied.

"Hol' up! You mean to tell me that you don't wanna work with me?", he teased.

"Nah, I ain't sayin' that. I'm juss sayin' that maybe I wasn't cut out to do this type of thing.", Shanay replied with a shrug of her shoulders.

"Sunshine! Girl, you haven't done anything crazy have you?!", Latonya laughed as she ran over to Shanay and L.

L began to laugh. "Why would she do that?!"

"Oh no reason.", Latonya stated when she saw how calm and cool Shanay appeared to be. Just then Nokio crept up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Isht! You scared me!", Latonya giggled as she turned her head around to look at Nokio.

"Oh, my bad! Everything looks great in here!!! I can't wait to see what your scene is gonna look like.", he replied as he leaned forward to kiss her on the cheek.

"Thanks, papi!", she joked with a fake accent.

"Everybody take your places!", Hype announced through his bullhorn as he took a seat in the director's chair off to the side of the stage.

"Well, lemme go take my seat down here. Yall kill 'em!", L smiled as he made his way offstage to join the others.

In less than 7 hours, the video shoot was completed.

"Aight, yall! That's a wrap!!!", Hype grinned as everyone began to make their way out of the theatre.

"Hey, girlllll!!! You and Tay-Tay did yall thang up there!", Redman smiled as he gave Shanay a big hug.

"Thanks! Well, I guess I'll be seein' ya around. I've decided that I'm not comin' back to the label.", Shanay replied as she broke out of their embrace.

"You gotta come back, Sunshine! Who am I gonna mess wit' to pass my time away?", Redman joked as he reached out to pinch her cheek.

Jazz was beginning to feel jealous when he saw how amused Shanay seemed to be with Redman.

"So, you juss gonna let that slip away ova some bullisht?", Sisqo asked when he saw Jazz staring at them.

Jazz didn't answer him, but instead made his way out of the theatre without turning around.

"Welcome back to '106 and Park'! We have a special treat for yall today!", Free announced with her trademark grin as she stood alongside of AJ.

"That's right! This sexy singer first came onto the scene with her Hi-Tek produced hit, "Round and Round" and she lata dropped a remix of it featuring the M-E-T-H-O-D Mannnn!!!", AJ stated.

"This time around she's dropped her debut album which can be picked up in stores right now! And she's gonna hit us off with her new joint of the day, "Don't Stop, the remix"! Yall let's give it up for Jonellllllllllll!!!", Free replied.

The audience began to clap and cheer as Jonell came out looking ghetto fabulous in a pair of jeans, a red halter top and a red visor placed to the side on her head full of small ringlets. She was also rocking a pair of red, stiletto-heeled sandals. In the middle of her interview with AJ and Free, she asked if she could bring out a few members of her fam. The next thing the audience knew, every last artist from Def Jam bum rushed the studio including Latonya and Shanay who had made the decision to stay with the label.

During the duration of the Jonell's interview along with a few questions that AJ and Free decided to ask Latonya and Shanay since they were featured in her video, Shanay noticed that Jazz made a point not to look in her direction. It had been two weeks and they still weren't on speaking terms.

After the video premiered, as usual, AJ and Free asked two audience members what they thought of it. The random girl and guy both agreed that the video was hot. The girl even asked if she could get a hug from Method Man. Without thinking twice about it, Meth ran off of the stage and grabbed the girl up in a big bear hug. Everyone began to laugh when the girl almost lost it. She couldn't stop laughing and crying.

When this segment of the show was over, everyone made their way backstage.

Shanay and Luda were chatting as they made their way past the members of 112 and Dru when Jazz quickly grabbed her hand.

"Sunshine! I really REALLY need to talk with you!", he begged when he saw the look she gave him.

"Talk? Why whateva would yo @$$ have to say to lil' ol' me?", she replied with a huge helping of sarcasm.

"Look, well if you're not gonna talk to me, lemme show you somethin' real quick!", he sighed as he began to pull her down the hallway to one of the many dressing rooms. The whole time they were walking, she kept fussing telling him that she didn't have time to play. Jazz didn't utter one word until they were standing in front of an unmarked dressing room door. He flung the door open and Shanay noticed that a large teddy bear clutching a dozen red roses was sitting in the middle of the floor.

"Go on in.", he smiled as he watched her reaction change from one of anger to one of shyness.

"What?", she grinned.

"Juss go in! If we're gonna work this thing out, only one of us can be hard-headed!", he joked. Shanay laughed and did as she was told as she stepped inside the dressing room. She watched Jazz as he ran back out of the room. He went to tell his other group members to be on cue.

"Jazz, what's goin' on?", Shanay asked when he came back inside.

"Well, first of all, after hearin' a two-week lecture from my boys, I realized that I wasn't thinkin' about your feelin's and circumstances when you told me the truth about why you came to the label. All I was thinkin' about was my feelin's. For that I apologize from the bottom of my heart.", he grinned before giving her a passionate kiss. "So, are we coo' again?"

"Yeah, I for...", Shanay started before Jazz stood up and went across the room to open the door. Woody, Sisqo, Scola, Nokio, Latonya, Luda, and Deidre were standing on the other side of the door. As soon as everyone was inside, Dru began to sing “You Are Everything” acapella.

"Can I have this dance!", Jazz grinned as he walked back over to Shanay. All she could do was nod her head yes as she stood up to take his hand.

Later on when Jazz and Shanay arrived back at her place, she had her own special way of thanking him for her surprise.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the hall, Latonya and Nokio were going over some lyrics they were writing together for his upcoming solo project. However, they got into a heated argument.

"There you go again, not wantin' to listen to me!!! I knew it was only a matta of time before your true colors would reappear!", Latonya huffed as she balled up the piece of paper she had been writing her set of lyrics on and threw it upside Nokio's head.

"You know what?! You make me sick!!!", Nokio shouted as he bolted up from the sofa.

"You make me even SICKER!!!", Latonya shouted as she pointed her finger at him.

"Well, you wanna play doctor for a while? Maybe it will give us some inspiration to have some ideas that will work for the lyrics.", Nokio slyly grinned as he made his way over to her. He proceeded to wrap his arms around her as they showered each other with kisses.

About an hour later, he and Latonya were lying together in bed as they came up with the perfect lyrics to his song.

"You need to make me sick more often!", Latonya joked as she winked at Nokio.

“Oh fo’ sho’ as long as the doctor is always in.”, Nokio winked back.

The next morning when Shanay and Latonya walked into work along with Jazz and Nokio, Mia and Lucille began to glare at the girls as they walked by their desks.

"Hey, Jazzy!", Lucille sweetly stated while grinning at him. She had been crushing on him for a loooooong time, but Jazz wasn't interested in her then nor was he interested in her now.

"What she say?", Shanay asked as she stopped in her tracks to look at Jazz.

"She ain't say nothin' worth isht!", Jazz replied with a shake of his head.

As soon as Nokio walked past Mia and Lucille, Mia mumbled under her breath how much Nokio made her sick. She was salty because he never gave her any play and now he was with the one female that she couldn't stand. However, Latonya heard her and turned back around to confront her once and for all.

"First of all...Noke is gonna be the only one to make me sick! Ya feel me?! And secondly, if you and your girls wanna disrespect me and my girl's relationships with our boos then fine! But I'm tellin' ya now, yall are only makin' yourselves look like the pressed hoochies that you are!", Latonya shouted. Nokio and Jazz both looked at each other while chuckling.

"Now you ladies have a nice day!", Shanay sweetly grinned as she walked up next to Latonya. They both smiled and waved goodbye to Lucille and Mia.

"Gimme some, dawg!", Latonya grinned as she and Shanay gave each other a pound before they made their way upstairs to the studio with Jazz and Nokio. Shanay proceeded to put her headphones on while rapping along to Biz Markie's "The Vapors". Latonya joined in with her as they both shouted loud and clear, "Dn it feels good to see people up on it!"
