Portable Dreamcast A company from Hong Kong has created a portable version of the Sega Dreamcast.
"According to online retailer Lik-Sang, a Hong Kong-based company has created a portable Dreamcast unit called the Treamcast. The unit contains mostly the same internal hardware as the original system, but the shell has been modified to include a speaker and volume control on the side of the unit, as well as an LCD screen. The entire Treamcast package includes two gamepads, a remote control for video CD or MP3 playback, a car adaptor, and a convenient carrying case. The Treamcast is not an official Sega product and will more than likely be available only in Hong Kong, where it retails for approximately $170."

Sounds like a s***ty deal. $170?? Considering you can buy a brand new one for twenty at some select places. The original itself is pretty portable. I don't expect this to be a huge import seller, but it may launch quite a number of sales in its homeland origin.

It'll go down in price. If they think people are gonna buy it for 170$, they're only fooling themselves. The Pstone has something like this and it was on sale for 129$ then it went down to 70. So eventually, the Portable Dreamcast/Treamcast will be around that same price. Well, that's IF it comes to North America. Since North America is behind on everything.
