JACKSON'S NEW LEGAL ACTION: "Scary Movie 3" is already getting on MiJac's nerves.
*Michael Jackson used to just let jokes slide, but he playing around with folks no more.
The musician has hit the producers of "Scary Movie 3" with a lawsuit because of a joke about the child sexual allegations that have dogged him for years now.
The clip sees Charlie Sheen confronting a MiJac impersonator in his daughter's bedroom. The impostor denies having done anything wrong and screeches "I didn't touch her I swear, please for God's sake, she's a girl!"
Well, we thought it was funny, but we're not The 'King Of Pop.' He obviously doesn't and has apparently demanded that Dimension Films cut the scene from the film and the trailer according to DarkHorizons.com.
But Jackson may have some difficulty if entertainment attorney Michael O'Connor is right. Talking to UK fan club MJNI, O'Connor commented, "A lawsuit isn't as easy as A-B-C ... Parodies and comedies have a lot more license. If (a film) is meant to be humorous and that's understood, then most likely, (the impersonation) will not be considered defamatory."

Okay, first off...with the Wayans Bros. bein' the writers and producers of this move, they're gonna always add some crazy and shockin' humor to the storyline. But like the article says, Mike has to try to draw the line somewhere although I believe that this won't happen.
But hey...! Maybe Mike and the producer of his hit, "You Are Not Alone", Mr. R. Kelly, should do a 2003 remix/duet of this song. Juss a thought though.
