'American Idol's' Ruben Accused Of Violating Rules

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- So, did Ruben violate one of the "American Idol" rules while he was on his winning run on the show? That's what the owners of a hip-hop clothing maker are claiming.

Ruben Studdard has been beefing with 205 Flava Inc. over the jerseys Ruben wore for a while on the show.

A lawyer for the owners of the clothing-maker says they secretly paid Ruben to wear the garments. That would violate a rule that says contestants can't enter side deals while on the show.

Last week, Studdard sued Flava, claiming the owners wrongly profited from his image as the second "American Idol" winner. An attorney for Studdard refused to comment on the latest allegation -- saying "the public will hear from us soon."

Man, Ruben! If this is indeed true, I don't think this was a smart move on his part bein' that this was against the rules. But I still feel like he's owed somethin' if 205 used his image without his permission after things were over with American Idol. This is gettin' pretty ugly.

This makes me sick!!!!!!! I mean they gotta try and find a way to take this title away from Ruben becasue they think that he shouldn't be an idol.
