Female Ginuwine Fan Gets Carried Away Teen People asked Ginuwine what his most embarrassing moment was. The singer responded, "I love it when the crowd gets into my performance, but this one fan [in Dallas] got carried away and tried to pull my pants down! I had to stop [singing]!" RNBDIRT.comLOL--I'm sure the majority of his crowd wouldn't have had a problem with that! But some fans do go a lil' overboard and since I'm one of them I guess I'll go on and share my lil' story... This happened back in 2001 when my sister, her boyfriend, and I had front-row seats for Spring Jam featurin' Jay Z and the whole Roc-a-Fella crew, Ja Rule, Luda, Tank, and 112. Well I, an adult, that should've known betta was about to come to blows with a teen-aged girl when Tank threw one of his posters in our direction. Well, I caught it first, but this girl is gonna snatch it from me. I was like WTF?!!! Next thing I knew me and this chick were fussin' and tuggin' on the poster until I let go of it to deck her. But one of the guys with Tank ran over to give me another poster after tellin' me it wasn't that d n serious--lol! He even let me feel Tank's coat that he was holdin' for him that he had taken off durin' his performance--hee hee. Needless to say, I'm a lil' embarrassed now that I think about it.

Girl, It's like you feel just like a kid again! I feel you girl! At the Dru concert, I didn't want to let go of Scola's shirt, and me and two other girls had a grip on it! But we had enough good since to divide it amongst each other! But I definitely have my embarassing moments, screaming like a crazed teenager!

lol I have no embarrassing moments to share about a celebrity, but it was fun reading both your experiences. Ginuwine, that man is a mind-teaser I tell ya.smh Everytime he performs, he puts on a great show, and he gets all close to edge of the stage, not to mention he be climbing all on top of stuff. I call him a lil monkey-child.lol I don't blame that girl for tryna take a peek tho...lmao ;D

CC...I feel you on the Tank thing. I got to meet him two years ago when he came here for a concert and he invited everyone back to the hotel lobby in the bar to chill with him. I had a good time and even took a pic with him. He threw his shirt in the audience and this girl caught it I had him sign my CD and my friend caught his towel.
After the concert I went backstage (he sent his manager to get me and the girl who caught his shirt) and he gave me the warmest hug and kiss on the cheek. He was flattered that I knew all of his songs...that was a fun night and if I didn't have to leave because my dad wound up in the hospital, Tank had invited me to come upstairs with him...talk about kicking myself!!!

Dagnabit, SS, I'm jealous now! ;D Hee hee--nah girl, I think that was real coo'! Tank was very friendly with everybody when he went into the stands off to the side of the stage after his performance. He had no problems with the girls that ran over to give him hugs and stuff. My sis and I hated that we couldn't get over to where he was because we were behind that lil' gate thingy in front of the stage.
