Lil' Kim Lends Her Voice To New Animated Sci-Fi Movie
Rapper Lil' Kim is the voice of Soledad, a character in the new animated sci-fi film, Those Who Walk In Darkness. The flick will be released directly to DVD on June 3 by Urban Entertainment.
Those Who Walk In Darkness was written by John Ridley. Soledad is a sexy female police officer, who fights mutants in a futuristic Los Angeles.
Lil' Kim explained the difference between acting on the big screen and providing the voice of an animated character in a statement to SOHH.com, "You have to kind of be imaginative. But it's kind of easy sometimes because you don't have to worry about looking a certain way."
In related news, Lil' Kim will hit the big screen later this year in the hip-hop western, Guns And Roses. The movie also stars Bobby Brown, Stacey Dash, Monica Calhoun, and LisaRaye.
I'ono, but movies that go straight to video/DVD usually aren't all that great, but because this one sounds interesting, I may check it out anyway.
As far as the other movie, "Guns And Roses"... Bobby has got to be playin' the villain, right?
