How's everyone handling the jump back to school? I know a few of you went to college now, how's that? And some of us didn't even get a summer... how was that? LOL, j/p The change for me has been alright. I've only got one perk in my entire day, last period with Mr. Curtis in US History AP (The class I said I was gonna fail in, heh)! ^_^ I wish I could record a single class period of his and show you guys, because he's great and funny like whoa (Today my eyes were watering ). Sucks, because I have him last period, everything else is boring. I suppose I have something to look forward to, heh. All in all, though, sophomore year is exactly what they say it is--boring. Freshman year puts you in high shcool and let's you think it's going to be *fun* Pfft.

I'm havin' a time adjustin' back to night classes after workin' all day. But then, hey...maybe I'll be attendin' only two classes on Friday night since the school seems to be cufkin' me ova regardin' my English class that I attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They supposedly went by my transcript from the college I transferred my credits from a few years ago before I had to drop out due to a family matter. Well anyway, after goin' to English class since the end of August and writin' a 5-page essay, now the head bamma in charge of the school is sayin' that I may not be able to finish attending English due to the computer not acceptin' my enrollment when they registered me back in mid-August. She handed me some isht about her checkin' into it to see what the problem is. But NOW everytime I have called to speak with the her since last week, I'm bein' told that she's always out. Funny how she was always in her office before all of this mess started and everytime I try to call the advisors and deans at the main campus all I get are friggin' voicemails! And maybe I'm bein' the stubborn bull that I'm called from time to time, but I refuse to waste some vacation time and gas money to take the hour drive to the main campus when this is DEFINITELY somethin' that's the director's fault! But otha than that...school's goin' okay.

Well I've been living the life of a college freshman, and it seems fun...but looks can be deceiving...I have tests next week...and art club meetings once a week...it's hectic! You should try being in my shoes for one college day. And I've been incredibly busy lately....so if I don't come here too often...blame it on my homework and tests.

I started back on Sept 9th for my last year of college! WOOT! I got new teachers and a chance to get a job at Electronic Arts! (Yeah right. ) I've been working on him: and her for my final animation. When you get to your last year, it won't be that hectic. One of my teachers is just plain psycho and the other one is like he's from The Sopranos with his (F*** it attitude). I think the psycho one has been in front a computer for too long.

The talented Xaimara does it again...Props Girl, that's hott ish!!! As far as school for me...I just started back up again today for fall semester. My class that was to begin at 9 and last until 12 only lasted about 15 minutes...My instructor had nothing for us to do ...that was my Graphics class. I don't have anymore classes today until 1, so I'm just hangin' around as of now. ;D

Ahhh Cegep part 2! For all of our US friends, second year in cegep is like first year in college, so next year i'll be in university (everyone got that? ok) So yeah I'm skipping a lot of classes since it's hard for me to take Commerce seriously since it's nothing compared to Science, plus my school is a 5 minute walk away from downtown (Xaimara's school is even closer) so you know how it is when you have a 3 hour break and then a 5:30 class : you leave and never come back! ;D But it's all good, I got 2 more midterms left (Cal 2 I'm s***ting my pants!) and I already hooked up/broken up with my first school year romance, I'm gettin things done

What's really good people? I missed ya'll. Umm I'm home for the weekend, I leave 2 morrow, came home to get FOOD! isn't that sad? lmao umm anyway, back to the topic... College is going well. Classes are going okay I guess. I've had 2 exams which didn't go as well as I had expected, but one of them I have the chance to take over Wednesday. umm what else, I haven't had any problems thus far and I hope it will remain that way. Everybody on campus is pretty cool, it's a small school so pretty much everyone knows everyone, and if not, you'll probably see them 2 or 3 times a week going to classes.
P.S. My b'day is this Friday October 3rd. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEEEE!LOL okay i'm done.

Awww Keisha! I hope you have a great birthday!
Well, as for me and school this year, I'm really tryna work hard, being that it's junior year and you know how this is going to be the hardest year in high school. So far I've been handling the work load pretty well along with managing a part time job and a role in the school play. So you KNOW I ain't slackin, kids! LOL
But as far as my classes, I absolutely LOVE history this year! I hated history last year (AP US History I...I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying it Chris, cuz I CERTAINLY DID NOT) because my teacher absolutely did not know how to teach and she was obsessed with this notebook crap. I need to post up a picture of it one day...it's like a freakin' encyclopedia. But I love AP US History II this year because my teacher is just so freakin' cool and he makes the class so much fun. I have hated history mostly my entire life, so this being the first time that I actually enjoy it is kinda big for me lol. I'm more of a math/science person. I was hoping to get AP Chemistry this year but it wouldn't fit in my schedule so I had to take Physics H...I'm not feelin' it that much. AP English is a f***ing b****. I can't stand that class.
But yeah, I hope you guys have enjoying 03-04!

Next year in AP History II, I get Mrs. Iverson! She is known as the banjo teacher... why? Because she plays the banjo ^-^ She got in a car accident last year in the school parking lot and her banjo broke. f***ing hell broke loose. Anyways though, that class is suppose to be really fun, they have debates and stuff, and she always plays her banjo in the mornings in the stairwells and in the afternoons on the bus platform.
Can't wait!

OH NO! Not the DBQ's!!! Please don't even mention those...I have been scarred for life lol. Does your school require you to take the AP Exam? Because my school didn't, but this year they made it a requirement that all AP students take the AP exam for whatever class they are in. The school pays for it, so whatever. But I know that the AP exam always has a DBQ. Learn the strategies and techniques to answering them to the point that you've mastered it. It'll come in handy. I remember one time, we made our own DBQ's. That was one of the best grades I got in that class lol.
