It's about time! As much as I love my mommy, I can only be around her for so long to this day. Maybe it was juss me, but I sorta saw Brandy's moms as bein' a female Joe Jackson.

She was stuck too far underneath her momma's wing anyway so it was time she broke away. I mean I love's my momma too but damn, I need to breath on my own....see what I can accomplish for myself...

That's why she snuck off and got married and stuff, like her mom was gonna approve of it if she came straight out with it... I don't blame her for cutting the umbilical cord.

What's up with her lately anywho? I read somewhere a couple of months ago that she's workin' on her new album and that she wanted her hubby to produce the whole thing. But the higher powers that be disagreed with this, so Robert will only be producin' some of her songs for it. I can't wait to get this one though! I REALLY liked "Full Moon" even though it was kinda underrated which was understandable since she was with child and everything. |
