HOLLYWOOD (Reuters) - They really said it -- notable quotes from the news: "I don't want to be on the trend of 'What's the hottest thing now?' I want to have a career like Luther Vandross, where 10 years from now people can hear one of my songs and remember exactly what they were doing and who they were seeing when they first heard it." -- R&B singer TAMIA, saying she's aiming on longevity as a recording artist. Yahoo NewsShe nailed it on the head with that one! But this girl is so underrated that it's ridiculous!!! As far as I'm concerned, she has rightfully earned her place in the music world. I can't wait to pick up her CD next month because if it's anything like her last two, then I know I won't be disappointed with the new one.

I'm not say really a Tamia fan but I do adore her voice. Her last CD to me wasn't all that good. I liked two songs on it and that was it. I dunno, maybe it's jus me But she is very underrated

I'm not really a Tamia fan either, but I've like her songs that she's put out thus far. She's talented, and i too believe that's she underrated. A lot these artist aren't getting the credit they deserve, while others get high royal treatment...but i ain't gonna get into that today.lol
