It was a warm summer day in Brandywine,Maryland the street was buzzing with people playing music, holding hands, kissing or other wise. My best friend Shalisa and I were walking through the Fairport Mall. "Baby girl, You got me walking through this mall for two whole hours looking for some damn Jordan's, come on now!!!!!!" she said fill with angry."Just give me a half an hour PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I begged. As my head was looking towards the ground Shalisa grabbed my arm as if she was taking her last breath."Girl what is It?" When I lifted my head my heart stopped, before me was the man I have been longing for since I was ten years old, Mark Andrews a.k.a. Sisqo the Golden Child (or Dragon). "Candace look!!!" she yelled. "Come on let's go over there !!!!!" She tried to pull my hands but my feet would not move."Don't be a lame,look if you don't say something I'ma go over there and act a fool for the both of us" Then at that moment me and sisqo made eye contact, and at that very moment all the fear just went away. Each step I took towards him felt like I took five steps backward. When I finally reach him my knees shook. "Are you alright?" he asked " I sorry, but it's just that I am such a fan, I mean I loved you since I was ten years old". I sad. "What's your name"."Candace" I replied. "Can I have your autograph" I asked "Do you have a piece of paper" he asked.
But, instead of him writing a autograph, I wrote my number down, and told him that this was my gift to him. He opened up the paper smiled, winked and put it in his back pocket as he walked off into the crowds...........
