“Okay Nokio, baby, this time I swear I heard a knock on the door.” said Toya breathing heavily.

“Do I have to get it?” whined Nokio.

“Yes, cause it sounds like whoever it is really needs to talk to you.”

“Okay.”

Toya and Nokio had been in the bed since early that afternoon. It had been two weeks since the last time they had sex. This is because Toya felt as if they were doing it too much. She decided to see if they had more substance to their relationship.

Two weeks earlier…

“Baby, I think we should hold off on the sex, for a while.” said Toya, holding Nokio’s hand.

“What?! Why?!” asked Nokio shock written all over his face.

“Because that’s all we seem to be doing lately. I mean all we have to do is breathe in each others direction and we’re at it.”

“Toya, baby, you’re not serious are you?”

“Yes I am, and I think that we should hold off for a while.”

“Nooooooooooo!!!”

“Quit whining, we’ll be alright.”

“Babbbbbbyyyyyyyyyyyyy.”

“No, we’re gonna wait.”

The person was now knocking on the door and ringing the door. It was obvious that they really needed to get inside.

“Baby, get the door.” said Toya pushing him up.

“Okay damn, let me get my pants on.” said Nokio grabbing his pants.

“Who you talking to?” asked Toya rolling her neck.

“I’m talking to the person downstairs. Now you know I wouldn’t talk to you like that.”

“That’s what I thought.”

“Don’t get c***y, well you can when I get back, but right now, don’t get c***y.”

“Shut-up!” said Toya throwing a pillow at him.

“Ha you missed!” chuckled Nokio as he ran out the room.

When he opened the door, he saw Tiandrea standing at the door. She was really starting to piss him off. For the last month, she had been calling him nonstop, stopping by unannounced, and leaving him little notes on his car.

“Tiandrea what the f*** do you want?” asked Nokio trying to keep his voice down so that Toya couldn’t hear him. He wanted to yell at her but of course Toya was upstairs.

“I told you I was going to get you back no matter what.” said Tiandrea walking into the house. She had a plan, and she wasn’t leaving until it was done.

“What are you talking about?”

“How could you do this to me?!” shouted Tiandrea at the top of her lungs.

“What are you doing, keep your voice down.” said Nokio.

“I loved you, I gave you everything I had!!”

“What’s wrong with you?”

“And after everything I did for you. I can’t believe you can just turn around and do this!!”

Upstairs, Toya could hear the commotion. She couldn’t quite hear the conversation, but she could hear that someone was very upset.

“What the hell is going on down there?” Toya asked herself as she put on Nokio’s shirt and ran downstairs. When she got downstairs she saw a strange woman slapping Nokio with every chance she had.

“I hate you for what you’ve done to me!!” shouted Tiandrea as she continued to pound on Nokios’ chest.

“b**** get the f*** off of me!” shouted Nokio grabbing her arms.

“Nokio, what the hell is going on here? Who the f*** is she?” asked Toya.

“b****, I should be asking you the same question!!” shouted Tiandrea.

“Hold up, I know she aint just call me a b****.” said Toya.

“Yes I did and what you gon do about it b****!” said Tiandrea.

“Oh I’mma show you what I’mma do.” said Toya walking up to Tiandrea, but just as she was about to swing, Nokio jumped in front of her.

“Toy, baby, I got this. Ti you need to get the f*** out.” said Nokio pointing to the door.

“No, we’re gonna solve this, how could do this to me?” said Tiandrea fake tears beginning to stream down her face.

“Ti, I haven’t done s*** to you! Now get the f*** out!”

“No, I gave you my heart and you stomped on it!!”

“Nokio what is she talking about?!” asked Toya wondering why the hell this woman as acting as if this man was hers.

“Nothing baby, she’s crazy.”

“Crazy?! I wasn’t crazy when you were f***ing me!!” shouted Tiandrea.

“What?!” shouted Toya.

“Baby, she’s lying.” said Nokio.

“She better be!”

“Oh I’m lying, I’m lying! You’ve been f***ing me for the past fiv months and I’m lying!” shouted Nokio.

“Ti, shut-up and get the f*** out!” shouted Nokio, he was beginning to lose his patience with her.

"b**** you aint nothing but a lie!" shouted Toya.

"Oh really, ask your man." said Tiandrea, smiling at Nokio.

"Nokio, what is she talking about?"

"Tell her about when we first met. You know at Terry's party. Tell her you scooped me up the night and f***ed me in the backseat of your car. Tell her about the five months we've been dating each other." said Tiandrea before Nokio could say a word.

"Ti, you know that it's been over between us for last three months." said Nokio holding himself back.

"Three months? Hold up we've been dating for five." said Toya trying to put the math together.

"Baby..." started Nokio.

"Don't baby me, if we've been dating for five months, how the hell have you two been broken up for three?" asked Toya cutting him off. Tiandrea was standing back smiling, her plan was starting to unfold.

"Toya listen," said Nokio sighing, he knew he had to tell her the truth, "I did date her for about two months, problem is we started dating after that fact."

"So what you were cheating on me with her?" asked Toya.

"Technically b**** he was cheating on me with you." said Tiandrea butting in.

"You got one mo' time to call me a b****." said Toya walking towards her.

"Toy, baby, calm down." said Nokio holding her arm.

"Don't tell me to call down! Here I am thinking a got one of the sweetest men I could ever have and you turn around and do this s***! Hell naw, n**** you better get off me." said Toya pulling her arm away from him

"Toy I swear, she means nothing to me. I don't want her. I want you. It's over between us." said Nokio trying his best to convince her that she was all he needed.

"See, look at you after all we been through, you over there begging some other b****." said Tiandrea, "But I got something for ya."

She then walked over to him and gave him the biggest, juciest kiss she had ever given anyone.

"Oh hell naw!" said Toya walking over to her and grabbing a handfull of hair. She then threw her against the door and proceeded to kick her ass.

"Toya baby no!" said Nokio, amazed at how wild his girl was getting, he had to admit that it was turning him on. But he didn't have time to think about that, he just had to get Toya away from her before she killed her.

"Noke get off of me." said Toya trying to break out of his grip.

"No, Toy you need to calm down."

"What?! She just kissed you in front of my face and you want me to calm down!"

"Toya, I know you're upset but baby, you're gonna kill her."

"I don't care right now. Or I guess you do since you seem to be f***ing her."

"Toya, come on now, you know me better than that."

"Correction, I thought I knew you better than that."

"Come on Toy."

"No, you know what, you're just like Kathan. Damn, why do I always end up with these sorry n****s."

"Hold up, I aint s*** like that sorry punk you was dating."

"Oh really, I don't see a difference."

"Toy."

"You know what, I'mma leave. Cause I don't need this."

"What are you saying?"

"I'm saying it's over Noke. But don't be sad, you got that b**** you can chill with from now. Stank people belong together." said Toya. She had headed up to his room and changed into her own clothes.

"So you're just gonna throw it away just like that?" said Nokio following her out of his room and down the stairs.

"No Nokio, you threw it away. Oh yeah you might wanna clean that b****es face up. She's not very appealing laying there with blood all of her face." said Toya cutting her eyes at Tiandrea lying on the floor.

"Whatever b****." said Tiandrea, wiping her lip, "You stupid b**** you broke my nose."

"You just don't learn do you." said Toya punching her one last time.

"Toya!"

"You know what, keep my name out of your mouth from now on. There's no telling where that nasty ass tongue of yours has been. Now that I think about, I wish I knew you were f***ing her before you started doing that s*** to me." said Toya, when she saw the look on Nokios face she knew she hit a button.

Normally she would hate to see the hurt in his eyes, but right now she didn't care.

"Toya don't do this." said Nokio, his eyes watering up.

"Do me a favor, if you ever catch yourself thinking about me. Don't, I don't want to be anywhere near you. Not even in your thoughts." said Toya as she walked out the door.

"d*mmit!" said Nokio. He then looked at Tiandrea and noticed she was bleeding all over the floor.

"Come on, I'll take you to the hospital." said Nokio helping her up, "But maybe next time you'll listen when I tell you to get out."

"Shut-up! I coulda took that b****. She just caught me off guard." said Tiandrea.

"Yeah whatever." said Nokio. Personally he was kinda glad Toya kicked her ass. He wasn't the type of man to put his hands on a woman, so he was glad Toya handled up for him.

"Damn stop calling me." said Sisqo looking at his phones caller id.

"Who is it?" asked Jazz.

"It's that chick Crystal again."

"See when you should've left her alone like I told you. See you hardheaded."

"Whatever, damn, she's been calling me all week."

"What she want?"

"Hell if I know, I aint been answering."

"n**** you a trip you know that right."

"Look all I wanted was one night, now she trying to hang all on a n****s jock and s***."

He and Jazz were sitting in Sisqo's living room talking when Crystal called him. Sisqo talked to Crystal one time after that night month ago. And that was to tell her that he had lied about having a girl. His heart was telling him to tell the truth. But ever since then she's been calling him nonstop.

"Look, all I'm saying is, if you hadn't f***ed around with her, you wouldn't be feeling so guilty."

"I know, I especially felt guilty cause Shay wants to live with me."

"So what's the problem."

"I love her but, damn, I don't know. I guess when she brought it up I got a little scared."

"Of what?! It's just Shay."

"I know, but damn, I started to feel that choking feeling again."

"See, you keep that s*** up and you gon end up lonely for the rest of you life."

"You're afraid of commitment."

"Okay what about Kaye?"

"What about her?"

"You two were dating for a year, she mentioned one little thing about living with you and what did you do? The same s*** you doing now with Shay."

"No I'm not. #1) I'm love Shay more than Kaye. #2) I can see a future with Shay. I couldn't see on with Kaye."

"So do you still fill that choking feeling now?"

"Not really, no."

"So what's yo problem?"

Before he could answer, Crystal called again.

"Answer yo phone."

"Aight. Hello."

"It's about time you answered yo phone." said Crystal

"What's up?"

"I need to tell you something."

"What?"

"I'm pregnant."

"Do you ever not look good?" asked Lauren.

Scola had come by to spen time with her. They sat around playing videos games and watching tv all afternoon. But Scola got tired and took a nap. And since Lauren like sleeping in his arms, she decided to take one with him. However, she woke up before him so she sat up and watch him sleep.

"What do you mean?" asked a sleepy Scola.

"Well, you look good when you sleep, you look good when you're just waking up, you look good through out the day, and you for damn sure look good in the shower."

"When did you see me in the shower?"

"I peeked the last time you took one over here."

"See, now I'mma have to get you for that one. You know you owe me a peek right?"

"Oh fa show. You want it right now?" said Toya lifting up her shirt showing off her stomache.

"Nah, I think I'll save it. But thanks for the offer." said Scola kissing her cheek.

"Where you going?"

"I gotta go home."

"Noooo."

"Lauren."

"Please, stay with me."

"Lauren, you know I can't."

"It's because of her huh?"

"She has a name."

"So."

"Lauren, respect her please."

"I don't care about her."

"But you care about me and I care about her so respect her please."

"Okay."

"Good, Lauren baby?"

"What?"

"You still lub me."

"Yeah I still lub you."

"Good, I won't be able to take if you don't."

"Neither could I."

"Well mama, I'm off."

"Yes you are."

"What?"

"Nothing. What are you doing later on?"

"I'm probably just gonna go home and go straight to sleep. I'm still tired."

"Then stay here."

"I can't."

"All your gonna do is sleep."

"No I'm not."

"What are gonna do then?"

"I lied."

"What?"

"I lied, I'm taking 'Mere to a movie."

"Oh so now you have to lie to me."

"I didn't want to hurt you."

"Like being with her doesn't hurt me." she mumbled.

"What?"

"Nothing."

"Alright, I have to go. Love ya." said Scola kissing her on the cheek.

"Love you too." she said as she watched him leave.

You know what, I'm not gon stay here while you go out with her. I have a life too.

"So babe, what you want?" asked Scola standing at the concession stand.

"I want a Twix and a large soda, and a large popcorn."

"It's all in the mix huh?" joked Scola.

"That was corny and late."

"I know, I was trying to see if you caught that."

"Yeah right."

"Hi you guys." said Lauren standing behind her. But she wasn't alone, she had called up Demetrius, the guy she had been seeing before she met Scola, and talked him into seeing a movie.

"Hi Lauren." said Chimere, glad that Lauren was actually being friendly towards her.

"Hey." said Scola eying Demetrius.

"Who's your friend?"

"Oh, this is Demetrius. We're really good friends." said Lauren holding on tightly to Demetrius's hand.

"Hi how are you?" said Demetrius in his deep husky voice. He was a 6'3, 250 pound, dark chocolate brotha. He use to play football in college and he still worked out everyday.

"Good, it's nice to meet you." said Chimere shaking his hand.

"Fine." said Scola still eying him up and down.

"Here baby girl, get whatever you want, I'll go get us a seat." said Demetrius handing her a twenty.

"Okay, see you in a bit." said Lauren as he gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey 'Mere, why don't you go sit down, I'll get the stuff for you." said Scola wanting to talk to Lauren alone.

"Okay." said Chimere walking away.

"Who the f*** is he?" asked Scola as soon as Chimere walked away.

"He's a friend." said Scola.

"Oh really a friend."

"Yes really."

"I don't like him."

"Why, cause he aint you?"

"That aint it and you know it."

"Look Scola, you're here with your girl. You made plans with her tonight. I didn't want to be alone. So when you said a movie, I figured that would be a nice thing to do. But since I couldn't get you, I got someone else."

"I don't want him near you."

"Scola, don't tell me what you don't want. Especially if you have someone yourself."

"Lauren..."

"Look, I'mma go back to my date and I suggest you get back to yours." said Lauren as she walked away.

"Lauren." said Scola.

How cute, she thought, he's jealous. But hey, he's got to learn that I'm not gonna sit around and wait for him.
