Undeniable Love Part 7

Toya and Nokio had just entered into the third month of their relationship. And yet the girls have yet to meet Jazz, Woody, and Scola's girlfriends. They were beginning to ask a lot of questions about why they haven't met them yet, so Sisqo decided to have a little meet and greet at his house so the girls wouldn't ask anymore.

"So after three months we're gonna finally get to meet you girlfriends." said Toya.

"Yeah, it's been too long, it's about time y'all met." said Woody.

The only one who wasn't looking forward to the meeting was Lauren. She really didn't want to see Chimere all hugged up with Scola.

"Well I hope they cool. I really don't want to be around some stank females." said Lauren.

"Come on now Lauren. You aint gotta be like that." said Sisqo holding on to Shayla.

"I didn't actually call them stank, I just said I didn't want to be around them if they are."

"Well you aint got to worry. They're real cool people." said Jazz.

"Yeah Lauren, be cool, for me." said Scola rubbing her shoulders.

"Okay. I'll be cool." said Lauren smiling.

She didn't like the idea but she would do it just because Scola asked her to. That night Scola spent the night with Lauren brought a connection between the two that was unexplainable. They spent the night talking about their past, present, and future. They ended up sleeping on her couch in each others arms.

"Alright then, they'll be here in a little bit." said Woody

"Uh Lauren, can we speak in the kitchen. Shayla you too." said Toya pulling Shayla away from Sisqo.

"Hey, you don't have to pull me." said Shayla pulling her arm back.

"What's up?" asked Lauren walking into the kitchen behind them.

"Well me and Shay wanted to talk to you about Scola's girlfriend."

"Yeah, we know how you can get when you feel threatened by another woman." said Shayla massaging her shoulder. It still hurt from Toya pulling it.

"Look, I'm not threatened by her. Why would I need to be? He's not even my man." said Lauren jealousy already rising in her.

"Okay not threatened but jealous." said Toya.

"I am not jealous."

"Yes you are, you can see it all in your eyes." said Shayla.

"So I have feelings for him, but I can surpress them just so he can keep his relationship."

"How deep are your feelings?" asked Toya.

"Deep."

"How so?" asked Shayla.

"I...." she said as she sighed a heavy sigh, "I love him."

"Oh Lauren." said Toya putting her arms around Laurens' shoulders.

"I didn't want this to happen, I wasn't looking for this."

"Nobody does baby girl. It just happens. Problem is he already has a girl." said Shayla.

"I know and that's what really sucks."

"It'll be alright." said Toya.

"I hope so."

In the living room, Nakisha, Simone, and Chimere had finally arrived.

"Hey Nay-Nay." said Sisqo hugging Nakisha.

"Hey little man." joked Nakisha.

"Ay, watch it now, I'll have you know I may be little, but not everything on me is."

"Ugh, I didn't want to hear that." said Nakisha.

"Don't be making short jokes then."

"I can't help it if you are."

"I can't help that not everything is."

"Ay, ay, that's enough of that." said Jazz.

"She started it." laughed Sisqo.

"Well I'mma finish it. It's done, squash it." laughed Jazz.

"Hey Chimere baby." said Scola pulling her into his arms.

"Hey baby." said Chimere kissing him. Right when she did, Lauren, Shaylam and Toya walked into the room. Lauren stopped dead in her tracks when she saw them. But Shayla nudged her forward encouraging her not to show her feelings.

"I was just about to call y'all. Nay-Nay, Simone, 'Mere, this is my girl Toya. And these are her friends Shayla and Lauren." said Nokio putting his arm around Toya.

"Shay is my girl." said Sisqo proud of his beautiful woman.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you." said Simone walking over to shake their hands. Nakisha and Chimere followed her lead. However, when Chimere got to Lauren, Lauren gave her an icy look and a half-hearted handshake.

"What's wrong with her?" asked Chimere when she got back to Scola.

"Well she gave me a crazy look when I shook her hand, and she also seemed cold."

"Oh, her and a friend got into a fight before she got here."

"Who, one of them?" asked Chimere pointing to Shayla and Toya.

"Oh no, a different friend."

"Well why she taking it out on me?"

"Don't take it personal baby, she's been doing that all night." said Scola, but when he turned in Lauren's direction he noticed she was staring at him. She had heard everything he said.

He saw the hurt in her eyes becuase she knew he lied about her. He mouthed an "I'm sorry" when Chimere looked away and gave her a "I had to" look. She just shook her head and sat down.

The girls all seemed to be getting along. All except Lauren, she no longer wanted to be there. She was getting tired of seeing Scola and Chimere kiss every few seconds. It was really making her sick.

"You know Toya, I like you a lot better than that las girl Nokio use to date." said Simone. When she said that all the guys quickly looked at Nokio.

"I know I couldn't stand that b****." said Nakisha.

"She acted like she owned you." said Chimere.

"Really? You had an ex that bad." said Toya looking at Nokio. He was beginning to feel a lot of pressure.

"Yeah she was horrible." said Simone.

"Hey Noke, you coming by to work on that thing tomorrow right?" asked Sisqo, he could see his boy tensing up.

"Yeah." said Nokio thanking Sisqo quietly with a head nod.

"What thing?" asked Shayla.

"Some things we had planned to work on today but y'all wanted to meet them so we postponed it."

"Oh."

"Lauren, your kinda quiet." said Jazz noticing she looked a little sad.

"Yeah that's not common with you." joked Woody.

"I don't feel good." said Lauren looking at Chimere.

"Do you want to lie down, if you do you can go up to my room and lie down." said Sisqo.

"Uh, no, you can go to a guest room and lie down. I'm the only one that lies in that bed." said Shayla, "Not that I don't love ya L, but uh taint gon happen."

"Whatever," said Lauren laughing a little, "But no thanks I wanna keep an eye on things down here. I know how freaky y'all can get, so since I don't have a man, I'mma be y'all chaperone."

"Well chaperone, you aint doing too good of a job." said Sisqo putting his leg across Shaylas' lap.

"Boy you stupid." laughed Lauren.

They continued to laugh and talk. By the end of the night the girls had all became close. But Nakisha, Simone, and Chimere were getting tired so they decidede to leave. After they were gone, Scola and Lauren began to get back to their old ways.

"Can you believe that s***?" asked Nokio.

"I know his girl just stepped out the door and look at that n****." said Sisqo.

"s***, his ass gon get in some trouble he keep f***ing around like that." said Jazz.

"We gotta help him, before both of those girls end up hurt." said Woody.

"Can we go some where and talk?" asked Scola.

"Sure." said Lauren

"Lets go outside."

The two went out on Sisqos' front porch and started to have a heart to heart about the way she acted that night.

"Why were you acting like that?"

"Why do you think I was acting like that?"

"Lauren, you knew she would be here."

"I know, and that's what I hate. I wish I hadn't come, that way I wouldn't have to sit there and watch you get all hugged up with her."

"What was I supposed to do, be with you?"

"No, I don't know. I hated seeing you like that."

"I know it was hard on you, but you know that I love her."

"So what am I supposed to do about how I feel about you?"

"What do you mean?"

"I'm in love with you."

"Don't say that please."

"Why? Why can't I tell you how I feel? You always said we should be honest about how we feel about each other."

"Lauren..."

"Scola I love you, you are the man of my dreams. I can't just hide how I feel."

"I know."

"So what am I supposed to do?"

"I don't know."

"I don't mean to drop all this on you but this is getting to me."

"I know, come here." he said as he took her into his arms.

"I just can't keep figthing this back."

"I know, but you know what's really bad."

"What?"

"I love you too."
