hey y'all guess wat i just saw??
I just finished watching "5Steps" everytime I see that video tears come to my eyes. That darn Sisqo know he can put some soul in a song!
This song is so special to me, I never realized it until now, but this song and the video express to me the feelings that I felt when my friend was stabbed and died last year in october.
Dru Hill has a way of making your reality more bearable even when oyu don't wanna deal wit it. The fact that they are do willing to let us get a peak of their personal lives gives me the strength and the courage to reach out to others and share my experiences. I wonder to they realize the impact that they have on some of our lives and how they deal with it? wat do you think?

I'm very sorry about your friend. It's unfortunate when things like that take place. But I definitely hear what you're sayin'. Dru are juss great like that when it comes to their songs. I remember hearin' somethin' about a girl comin' forth and reportin' someone who had been molestin' her or whateva thankx to Dru's "Never Make a Promise" video on BET. Here's a link that I found talking about how overwhelmed the group was with so many people comin' forth to tell their stories in relation to the video www.rainn.org/dhbio.html. As for me, personally, the song that touched me the most by Dru was "I'll Be the One" because it reminded of the time when a good male friend was there for me (not in the way most people would think though) because he really gave me a shoulder to lean on when I needed it when I was going through a terrible thing with someone that wasn't all he was cracked up to be. So yeah, Dru touches peoples' lives through their songs in different ways.

Nokio commented on how 'I Love You' was a story which was true to a certain extent when he replied to a girl who had stated the song told her exact same story. Its short, but if you haven't seen it already, you might wanna stop by www.druhill.net, because they have a lot of "Ask Dru" questions and answers.
