American Idol 1 runner up Justin Guarini aint exactly the type of guy you’d expect to spend some time in jail…but that’s what he’s facing as he was ticketed on Saturday for unsafe use of a motorboat in the suburb of Kelly Clarkson’s hometown of Dallas, Texas. Apparently, Justin was with Kelly at the time and five other friends when the incident allegedly occurred. A former fan of American Idol named Clint Heizer said Justin ran the boat up on shore and almost ran over his five year old daughter, Allison. According to Heizer, “I was in Justin’s face talking to him about what he’d just done and that’s when I realized who he was.” Justin jumped off the moving watercraft before it stopped and ran away laughing, according to witnesses. If convicted of unsafe boat operation, Justin could face a $2,000 fine and up to 6 months in jail. No word when Justin is due in court.
A CLASS-A Nut is the only thing I can think of to describe this fool's actions! How he gonna even laugh when he could've seriously hurt or killed the little girl or anyone else that may have been in the path of the on-coming boat. Yup, his career is over before it even started to be over...dumb@$$!
