 Car: 1996 Dodge Viper Description: Date with a pine tree that didn't go too well Injury Report: Walked away without a scratch.   This one is not for those with weak stomachs!!   Car: 1994 Ford Escort Location: Latvia Description: 20 Year old guy was doing over 100 MPH on wet road. He lost control as he was going around a slight bend in the road. The car slammed into a tree and was torn in half. The front end of the car landed approximately 30 yards away. Unbelievably, the driver survived with minor injuries because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was thrown out of the vehicle.  Did this guy have a deathwish? He was going over 100 MPH in a Ford Escort in the rain without wearing a seatbelt? |

I guess some silly people will make an argument for not wearing seatbelts!  How in the world did that car get up on the sign like that? |

For the one with the sign, I'm guessing the car flipped and it just happed to land on the sign.
And the guy in the Escort, well he's DAMN lucky to be alive!

Oh, gosh . I nearly threw up when I saw that last picture. That is incredibly disturbing. I guess I'll think twice about wearing my seatbelt from now on . |
