Ok ima gonna talk about my whole night, if you just wanna see the pics then theres a link at the bottom: -
First of all, i was so hyped for this, ive been a fan for years but this is the first time i wouldve ever seen them live!
The doors opened at 8pm, and as soon as i got in a was right at the front. However having spent an hour at the front with still no dru, i thought i'd just chill for a bit at the seating.
After many hours of Dj's and supports, dru finally came on at about 1am!!
It was an amazing entrance, a montage of classic dru songs started playing in the background, then jazz, nokio, scola and woody all came out with their backs to the crowd, with these denim jackets with their faces airsprayed on the back (they were tight!!) then sisqo flipped his way onto the stage and the crowd went crazy!!!
Then they started singin 'on me' and a few other songs, the best of which being tell me, that is amazing live!!, then Scola kinda introduced himself, and sang like a solo interlude, which i hadnt heard before. Then Scola introduced Jazz who sang never make a promise, with the rest of Dru comin in at the end, after they were like, lets slow this down, performing hits like 'these are the times' and 'beauty' in which nokio sang a verse!!
Ok after a few ballads, sisqo was like "lets play some dance sh*t" they started off with a remix of 'No Doubt', it was kinda slowed down and nokios rap was at the start!, then they did 'in my bed remix' and then, wait for it.....
....'I Love You' remix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and although i didnt get to hear it all, it was tight!!
one line which stood out was sisqo singin 'you face, i love you'
After that sisqo came out with some dancers and did his thang!! he did like a dance break to songs like justin timberlake - like i love you, b2k - bump, bump, bump and in da club, but instead of 50 cent it was sisqos version!!!! it was truly amazing!
Afer sisqos dance break, out came the rest of dru, performing songs from old and new! finally they went then came back and sang 'how deep' then left the stage with scola saying "put ur one finger up and say, one love" and just as he said it a fight broke out, and nokio was like " you need to cut that sh*t out"
Well i was certainly not dissapointed, the show was amazing, Sisqo was crazy climbing the speakers up onto the balcony and stuff, at one point humping the speakers, Jazz was amazing, he pretty much led the show!! Scola held it down, he continues to impress me, and i even caught his bandana he threw out, but i got mobbed by ladies so i lost it Nokio was cool as f**k i cant explain it, hes just cool, woody was quiet but did everything right (and gave me a nice smiling pic!!) overall it was amazing and whats even better is that im goin to see them again this friday!!!!!!!
